Customer Service Full Time

Working within our Customer and Owner Relations Team, we are adding our next batch of passionate, experienced Customer and Owner Specialists to our team - responsible for resolving any issues occurring before, during or after a holiday in one of our properties.

Must have experience in complaints handling, telephony and customer service.

We are looking for X8 new starters to start on Monday 18th November. We will be conducting assessment centres too but this will be confirmed shortly.

These roles will sit within our Operations floor within our Customer and Owner Relations team.

They will be the first point of call if there are any issues with a customers booking, or anything wrong when they are in the cottage,

Working hours will be on a shift basis working 7.5 hour days between 9am and 9pm over a 7-day week. May include some weekends.

Salary: £18,500.00 /year
