Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Essex
Hours: Min 35 Hours
Pay: £12ph to £15ph
Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Housing Organisation based in Essex who are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor.
Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all Housing enquiries via the call centre

  • Provide frontline customer service for income and tenancy related issues, environmental services, ASB repairs and maintenance

  • Respond to all enquiries from tenants politely, efficiently and accurately

  • Update resident's details onto in house systems


Candidate Specification:
  • Experience working within Housing or Property services

  • Previous experience working within a Contact Centre/ Call Centre

  • Previous experience of providing excellent customer service

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to manage a high workload effectively

  • Team player

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to identify residents needs

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent telephone manner
