We are proud to be working with a leading Fintech brand based in Central London. Their digital product offering is disrupting the market. They must be doing something right as they are under 5 years old, have an impressive customer base both B2B and B2C, and already have multiple awards!

This Brand is expanding at an impressive rate, really showcasing their culture and spirit of a fast-moving, disruptive technology company. They are a fully licensed UK bank and since their launch in 2014 they are on track to hit 1 Million accounts before the end of 2019.

The business needs to hire the very best Customer Service Team in order to support new customers open their accounts 24/7, 365 days a year. Their impressive site in Southampton is a real tech hub, with views over the Marina, close to the city centre and with excellent transport links - it?s a fun place to work and a highly desirable brand to have on your CV!

They are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead and develop their nightshift team (10pm - 6am). You need to be driven and ambitious, being passionate about a start up environment is key as you need to be adaptable and agile in this 24/7 environment.

You will inspire and motivate your team to give the best service to customers. You will lead from the front, driving continuous improvement ethos within the company centre and the business.

  • Minimum 2 years? experience in leading customer service advisors in a call centre / contact centre environment
  • Ideally you will have experience in a regulated environment i.e. Finance or Insurance
  • Positive influencer, with a passion for nurturing your teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Banking or Finance experience desirable but not essential
