Sales Administrator Full Time

Sales Administrator required for our Supply Chain Management client based in Halesowen, due to company expansion. This exciting opportunity is on a temp to perm basis.

To provide administrative support to the well-established sales team. The successful candidate will be involved in working with a busy and fast paced sales team where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with some of the largest blue chip key accounts. You will interact with customers on a daily basis, providing and processing information in response to enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and dealing with incoming calls and email queries/orders
  • Providing quotes
  • Interaction with suppliers for quotations.
  • Processing orders and all new sales enquiries
  • Key account management
  • Building strong, credible business relationships with key accounts

Key Skills:

The successful candidate will have good IT skills i.e. word, excel, outlook and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in SAP is a preference but not essential. You must be a confident communicator with good attention to detail, and thrive on working as part of a busy successful team. You should be organised and methodical in your approach

The ideal candidate will be honest, eager to learn with a strong can do attitude and possess a bright personality.

Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday; 9am-5pm Friday

Starting Salary: £18,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00 /year
