Senior Sales Intelligence Associate to support and develop C&I Sales across five countries Full Time

Do you want to play a vital role in driving our business to become more data-driven?

Join us and become Senior Sales Intelligence Associate in Commercial Excellence in C&I Sales in our Customer Solutions business unit. Here you?ll play a key role in developing the C&I Sales towards a data-driven business by your deep data insight, analytical mindset and drive. You?ll be working closely together with two other Senior Sales Intelligence Associates and be a part of the team Commercial Excellence (eight people in total). C&I Sales is present in Denmark, the UK, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands and focuses on larger customers, and offers a wide range of energy solutions from selling standardised energy product to custom-made long-term, green energy solutions to strategic customers.

Your key tasks will be to

  • ensure that C&I Sales is a data-driven business and provide best practice

  • use your commercial understanding to drive and present insights for ongoing optimisation and improvement of sales performance

  • be a subject matter expert and own and develop visualisations through Power BI/Tableau

  • support C&I Sales with automated pipeline reports and dashboard in Salesforce

  • work closely as business partner for senior executives in the C&I Sales organisation, and build partnerships with support functions as Finance and Product Owners

  • contribute to a high-performance team and establish the team?s new role in the organisation.

Furthermore, you?ll operate across our five sales organisations, where you?ll use sales performance data and analysis to provide strategic and tactical insight and hence support senior leadership and business teams in driving improved performance. You?ll also own and develop key business intelligence tools and support the development of data solutions, combining multiple sources and structures using standard tools across C&I Sales.

Your competences include that you

  • have a master?s degree in economics, finance or similar with good grades

  • have solid experience within sales intelligence, business intelligence, sales operation, finance or equivalent

  • have a strong analytical approach and is detail-oriented

  • are confident when using data modelling and visualisation tools and techniques (SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau in particular)

  • have experience with SAP ISU, SAP BW and Salesforce or eager to learn

  • are a strong networker that can cooperate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
