Estates Services is responsible for delivering an ambitious £650m estate redevelopment in addition to maintaining day-to-day facilities operations and maximising commercial activity throughout the University. Estates Services support the delivery of these ambitious plans, with a multi-disciplinary department encompassing Strategy, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Operations, Strathclyde Sport, Space Planning, Timetabling, Security, Residences, Catering, Cleaning, Grounds and Administrative Services.
Estates Services seeks to appoint a customer-orientated individual, who has the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders on the estates portfolio and activities that the Directorate is undertaking and to lead the engagement and outreach activities to develop the Directorate?s profile.


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a strong passion for communications and able to operate across a diverse range of services and projects including asset planning & management, project management, commercial services and facilities management. This role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to work well on your own initiative, be proactive, the ability to work in a busy environment and the aptitude to be a strong team player.
