Responsibilities of Role:


  • Assist with the purchasing of IT and Furniture products, consumables and stationery

  • Resource alternative products for those in short supply or discontinued

  • Creating products on the Company database

  • Assist with Telecoms orders and queries

  • Dealing with the return of faulty products or products ordered or delivered incorrectly

  • Preparing goods to be returned to Supplier

  • Liaising with Sales Team, Customers and Suppliers

  • Chasing Delivery of product with Suppliers and Couriers

  • Liaison between distribution, sales and customers

  • Input of orders for House accounts

  • Carry out Customer Satisfaction Surveys

  • Produce weekly report analysing the Company?s returns and highlighting where training needs and issues have been identified

  • Liaising with Service Department regarding DOAs and troubleshooting

  • Reception cover and back up when required

  • Support to other departments as and when required
