WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

THE ROLE

AllSaints are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver the recruitment strategy across Retail and Corporate roles within the UK. As part of the People & Culture leadership team it?s an exciting time to join as we look to develop our Employer Branding, implement a brand new ATS and develop our recruitment processes and policies even further. Managing a team of 3/4 recruiters you will lead the teams success, ensuring we are consistently providing an exceptional recruitment experience to our internal and external customers.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Responsible for driving the Talent Acquisition Strategy; you will work with the People & Culture Director to set our employer brand vision and to ensure we have the correct selection processes in place to hire the best talent across our business areas

  • Support the People & Culture team in organisational design structure and process, supporting business growth and flexibility as well as forecasting hiring demand needs in advance

  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders across our business. Be seen as a true business partner who is always there to support.

  • Support and develop your team members ensuring we are constantly striving to be the best

  • Lead employer-branding initiatives and develop an employer brand proposition. Lead the external brand awareness of AllSaints through our social and digital platforms, including the implementation of new systems/channels.

  • Lead on the design and implementation of a company wide ATS

  • Manage our external partnerships with job boards, agencies, universities and search providers

  • Partner with the wider People Team to ensure alignment and consistency across the business

  • Lead in measuring and increasing the retention of new starters to the business

  • Developing our presence at talent fairs/careers events with the support of your team

  • Analyse and evaluate talent data for business areas to drive performance

  • Support with utilising the apprentice levy

  • Maintain awareness of key market trends in recruitment, learning, development, alongside competitor activity

  • Support with wider People & Culture projects and initiatives

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

  • Full life cycle recruitment experience across Corporate and Retail vacancies

  • Strong business partnering skills

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively

  • Team player who collaborates along with a can do attitude

  • Team management and team development experience

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity

  • Budget management

  • Employer branding experience via Social Media / Channels

  • Strong headhunting / direct sourcing experience

  • Process & Policy writing

  • System implementation would be beneficial
