Can you nurture new business relationships?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding sales team in Glasgow contacting new and existing customers to offer reductions on current energy bills. You will be working in an established office, using a proven approach to create new customer opportunities.

The Role:

  • Speaking directly to business decision makers.
  • A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Target driven and remaining self-motivated to maximise on earnings opportunities whilst working as part of a team.
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Obtain potential customers current energy bills
  • Cross selling multiple energy and non-energy related products and services
  • Follow up existing client?s renewals and convert agreed target
  • Sign customers into contracts with new billing tariffs
  • Data input, updating and maintaining an accurate customer database within the company CRM, so attention to detail necessary.
  • Follow up using email communication.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and account base.
  • Work with customers and suppliers to resolve contract queries.
  • Ability to build rapport and long lasting relationships with customers.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a B2B energy sales environment will be a distinct advantage
  • Target / Bonus Driven
  • Motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Good sense of humour
