PA & Team Assistant Full Time

Your key responsibilities within the company will include:

  • Taking charge of inbox/diary management, including arranging meetings and receiving visitors;
  • Administration duties, including filing, archive and mail management, travel organisation, responding to/escalating enquiries from the public info mail box, records management (ensuring adherence to GDPR);
  • Managing point-of-sale inventory and sample beer product storage;
  • Creating and preparing knock-out presentations for senior stakeholders;
  • A wide variety of ad hoc activities, such as preparing inductions for new joiners, visitor programmes, event management, team meeting organisation, product sample ordering, and others as requested.

  • Strong proven experience of secretarial/administrative/organizational skills;
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office;
  • The ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and a sparkeling personality that can work well with senior stakeholders;
  • Complete confidentiality is definitely essential.
