Senior Insights Manager Full Time

This benefits not only our consumers, but also you, our Senior Insights Manager, who expertly leads and defines the consumer, brand & strategy insights agenda to inform and evaluate business performance and delivery.

Your key responsibilities within the company will include:

  • Identifying and informing brand & commercial growth opportunities/risks – shaping the wider brand insights agenda;
  • Maximising return on investment through agency partnerships (quality vs quantity), alignment with above-market team and clear deliverables against business needs;
  • Leading brand insights to ensure methodologies and approaches are best suited to deliver the business objectives;
  • Working alongside the Innovation team to continuously stay on top of the latest trends and breakthroughs;
  • Partnering with the Brand team to inform and support key strategies to deliver sustainable growth;
  • Ensuring data provision, analysis and insights provision is robust and consistent – optimising activity at every opportunity;
  • Developing and managing the Insights Manager, providing leadership coaching and on-the-job support;
  • Supporting a forward-looking insight-led culture in Asahi UK – providing inspiration and functional expertise (where appropriate).

  • A solid understanding of brand marketing, trade channels, customers, shoppers, P&L and commercial business delivery;
  • A background in an FMCG environment, or a large research organisation;
  • A pro-active mind-set, with the ability to spot, and act, on opportunities across the business at pace;
  • Evidence of success converting complex research and insight into tangible outputs;
  • The ability to build consultative relationships with colleagues across different business functions;
  • Outstanding presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal.
