Lettings Administrator Full Time

Martin & Co are one of the leading letting agents in Grantham and are looking for a enthusiastic lettings administrator to join the very busy team.

You will be responsible for managing enquiries from potential tenants and landlords, providing feedback and ensuring that marketing information is up to date. You will also be responsible for processing applications and dealing with property management including liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.

Whilst the role is predominantly office based you will also be required to support the property sales team and undertake property inspections, prepare inventories and carry out check outs as required.

Experience of the property market is not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will have an excellent administration and communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure alone and in a team. A full clean UK driving licence is required as a pool car is provided.

The post involves working every Saturday with a day off in the week and will also require the successful applicant to cover in our Newark office on an ad hoc basis.
