Digital Media Apprentice Full Time

You’ll be providing essential support across the fast-paced Digital team at Made Television. We’re rapidly growing our web, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube platforms to become a leading publisher of local digital content capturing life as it’s lived in the UK’s biggest cities

You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital To track and measure our audience across platforms, and interpreting that data to identify what content is succeeding and what’s not

You’ll also be working closely with local editorial teams across the country to develop best practice and share ideas around social media and digital output

Made Television, the UK’s leading City TV network, is seeking a talented digital Apprentice to help drive the rapid growth of our channels on our websites and our social media channels. This is a fun, challenging job for an ambitious, hard-working apprentice

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business – from city teams in our eight regions through to our central Channels, Editorial, Broadcast, Digital and Sales departments.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

You’ll have a strong head for numbers and data, and an ability to present and interpret data to inform business and marketing decisions

You’ll be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage workload and priorities effectively

You’ll be a competent communicator, comfortable jumping on the phone with other members of the business and viewers of our channels alike

You’ll be familiar with social media platforms and have a knowledge of what’s trending at any given moment

Personal qualities

You’ll have an enthusiastic, keen and friendly attitude

Desired qualifications

Preferred GCSE 4 - 9 grade Maths and English or equivalent
