Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner Full Time

at Kernow Hydro in Redruth TR16 (Published at 19-04-2018)

This is a customer facing role and will be very varied. The right apprentice will be confident, bubbly, vivacious with a can do attitude.

The job will involve all aspects of customer service, over the phone, face to face and replying to email enquiries. There will be some aspects of marketing on Facebook, databases, looking after customers at reception, and working outside on the track when needed. There will be lots of pool side duties which could lead to further qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sporty person to expand their horizons.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

Driving license would be useful but not essential as the park is in a remote area with no direct bus services. A first aid qualification or lifeguard qualification would be very useful.

GSCE Maths and English at a D or above or equivalent.

Things to consider

This is a rural location with no direct bus routes, you must be able to get to and from the workplace daily and also to Camborne College for the day release.
