Case Coordinator Full Time

To support the flex team in service delivery in undertaking the administrative co-ordination of core tasks to ensure that performance targets and measures are achieved Responsibilities

Prioritising work via case management systems by acting as a link between case managers and senior case managers and our Public Service Centre/NPS NE hub/and other critical partners. There is an expectation that work will extend to other flex teams across the Greater Lincolnshire Local Delivery Unit via the general administration mailbox. There will an expectation to cover reception duties (including ‘late-night’ working) and office support tasks (petty cash/ordering materials/fire safety checks) at times What we are looking for

Knowledge Skills & Experience Essential - A confidence and understanding of IT and use of a computer is essential. Training is provided on our specific systems but a confidence in the use of e-mail, Word, Excel for example is essential. Desirable - Experience in public facing roles is an advantage as there is an expectation that reception cover will be essential at times to support the full-time receptionist when annual leave/sickness etc.

Person We are looking for a person who can work as part of a team and is able to apply themselves flexibly to daily demands as they arise. We are looking for a person who can quickly understand the nature of our work and adopt the values of our organisation to ensure that we deliver a quality service to our service users and the public we serve. The successful candidate will be located in Spalding, with a requirement to cover Boston. There will also be a requirement to work late night shift
