Job Title Global Redeployment Colleague Support

Location London or Coventry

Barclays are recruiting for a permanent Global Redeployment Colleague Support to work in the Barclays site in London or Coventry

  • To deliver Redeployment support to referred displaced colleagues within all In-scope geographies globally, across Barclays
  • To Enable Barclays Internals First philosophy by collaborating and partnering with resourcing to maximise redeployment opportunities for displaced colleagues driving increased talent retention, mobility, successful career transition outcomes and a positive colleague experience
  • To support the Redeployment Project Manager to work with the business to manage their change and transformation agendas, delivering sustainable change, supporting colleagues through that change, and talent retention

Your Role

  • To work with colleagues impacted by change and proactively maximise redeployment opportunities and drive talent retention and mobility
  • To enable the delivery group wide Redeployment delivery plans enabling the Internals First philosophy
  • To ensure Redeployment tracking system - Avature is maintained to a high standard and a clear and complete audit trail is maintained at all times, with a high emphasis on Data/MI quality
  • To work closely with and support the Redeployment Project Manager to ensure a seamless delivery of Redeployment calendar activities in collaboration with business, HRMs and HRBPs and service providers/partners
  • To pro-actively collaborate group wide to maximise Redeployment opportunities for colleagues, building valuable relationships across Resourcing

Essential Skills

  • Significant experience in one of the following areas – Resourcing, Human Resources, Employee Relations and redeployment
  • General knowledge of employment legislation issues in recruitment and selection and equality and diversity.
  • Knowledge of Managing for Change and HR Policy Framework
  • HR Strategies and policies, including recruitment policies

Desirable Skills

  • Previous Recruitment selection and assessment experience
  • Working knowledge of Resourcing ATS Systems (Taleo) and/or Avature CRM.
  • CIPD or similar qualification
  • Redundancy legislation experience or knowledge
